Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site work and labor activities
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers
Monitor material usage and site inventory
Ensure safety rules and site discipline are followed
Prepare daily progress reports (DPR)
Report site status and issues to senior staff
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution
Ability to read basic drawings and site layouts
Labor handling and coordination skills
Good communication and reporting ability
Willingness to work on-site and learn
Time management and problem-solving skills
