Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage and oversee the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for all applicants.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze hiring data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance: Maintain records and ensure all hiring practices align with company policies and labor laws.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously.
