Job Summary
BCE Global Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester with 15–18 years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks while ensuring high product quality, performance, and reliability across applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
Create and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools
Ensure continuous integration and continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines
Mentor junior testers and lead automation best practices
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Generate detailed test reports and quality metrics
Required Skills
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Experience in performance and load testing is a plus
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Eligibility Criteria
15–18 years of experience in software testing and automation
Proven experience in leading automation projects
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
