Job Description
Black Kite HR Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director – IT Services with 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales and business development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding enterprise accounts, leading sales teams, and building strong client relationships across IT services including Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data, and Digital Transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute IT services sales strategy
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Identify and acquire new enterprise clients
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain CXO-level client relationships
Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution positioning
Manage and mentor the sales team
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
Expand key accounts and drive upselling opportunities
Required Skills
Strong experience in B2B IT services sales
Knowledge of Cloud, AI/ML, Data, DevOps, and Digital solutions
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
Experience handling large-value deals
CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar)
Strong leadership and team management ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Eligibility Criteria
8+ years of experience in IT services sales
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Experience managing enterprise and global clients
