FIRE PROJECTS PVT. LTD. is looking for a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator (Female) with 1 to 3 years of experience to support the sales team and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good coordination ability, and experience in handling sales documentation and client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and orders
Maintain proper sales records and MIS reports
Handle email communication and telephonic follow-ups
Coordinate with accounts and dispatch departments
Track order status and ensure timely delivery
Maintain customer database and documentation
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
Knowledge of quotation and billing process
