Title: Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer
Overview
We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer to build and maintain robust web applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing backend services, integrating front-end components, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails framework
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
Design and develop backend components and APIs
Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
Manage and maintain databases and server-side logic
Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and developers
Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant experience in Ruby on Rails development is preferred
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Ruby programming language
Experience with Ruby on Rails framework
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Knowledge of Git or version control systems
Understanding of MVC architecture
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
