Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Field Sales)
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Provide investment and financial advisory services to clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable broking products and services.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.
Conduct market research to stay updated on financial trends and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and manage client relationships
Knowledge of financial markets and broking services
Sales and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and in a team
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹3 LPA to ₹5.50 LPA
