Title: Quality Officer
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Officer to ensure that company products, services, and processes meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will monitor quality performance, implement quality control procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Role & Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures
Conduct quality checks, inspections, and audits on processes and outputs
Identify quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities
Prepare quality reports and maintain quality-related documentation
Support implementation of quality control and assurance systems
Coordinate with production, operations, and management teams to resolve quality issues
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company guidelines
Support internal and external quality audits
Promote continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field
Certification in Quality Management (ISO, Six Sigma, or similar) is a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance processes
Familiarity with quality standards and documentation
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to identify problems and suggest improvements
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
