Job Overview
NIV Lights Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Office Executive to ensure quality standards are maintained across processes and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality records, supporting audits, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure compliance. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update quality-related documents and records
Monitor adherence to company quality standards and procedures
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports
Assist in internal audits and inspections
Identify quality issues and report them to management
Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality concerns
Ensure proper documentation as per ISO or company standards
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)
Understanding of documentation and compliance processes
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience
