SOLAR HOSPITAL is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain quality processes across departments. The role involves monitoring quality systems, conducting audits, and improving patient care standards.
Job Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain quality standards across hospital departments
• Conduct internal audits and inspections
• Identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
• Maintain quality documentation and reports
• Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Coordinate with departments for quality improvement initiatives
• Train staff on quality processes and standards
• Track and report quality metrics and performance
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control processes
• Understanding of healthcare quality standards and compliance
• Experience in audits and documentation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality or healthcare coordination
• Relevant qualification preferred
• Experience in hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage
