Job Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet and exceed quality standards. You will work closely with development teams to identify issues, run tests, and ensure that all software and systems are functioning correctly.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
– Conduct thorough testing of software applications and systems
– Identify and document software defects and track them to resolution
– Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met
– Participate in test planning, test estimation, and test case design
– Create and execute automated test scripts
– Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements
– Conduct regression testing to ensure quality and reliability of software updates
– Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 3 years of experience in quality assurance
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
– Experience with both manual and automated testing
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 3+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance
– Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
