Job Overview
Chem Find International is looking for a Purchase / Sourcing Executive (Female) to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely sourcing of materials. The role involves negotiation, inventory planning, and maintaining efficient supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities
• Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and purchase agreements
• Create and manage purchase orders (PO)
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Handle documentation such as quotations, invoices, and contracts
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain records
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, warehouse, sales)

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in vendor management and coordination
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Tally
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability

Eligibility Criteria
• MBA / M.Com / B.Sc qualification
• 2 to 4 years of experience in purchase or sourcing
• Experience in supply chain or procurement preferred
