Job Summary
Fire Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with 3–5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with store/warehouse team
Maintain purchase records and documentation
Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payments
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation
Inventory control and material planning knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
Analytical and cost evaluation skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream
3–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement role
Experience in project-based or industrial procurement preferred
