Job Description
FIRE PROJECTS PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, knowledge of purchase processes, and the ability to manage material procurement efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements
Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams
Verify invoices and coordinate payments with accounts department
Maintain purchase records and MIS reports
Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages

Required Skills
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of purchase procedures and documentation
Experience in rate analysis and cost control
Proficiency in MS Excel
Familiarity with ERP software (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchase
Experience in project-based or technical industry preferred
