Huptech Web Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and tracking. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring projects progress smoothly within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers
Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow up on action items
Monitor project risks, issues, and escalations
Support project managers in daily project operations
Ensure adherence to project processes and standards
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of project management concepts
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Documentation and reporting skills
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project – basic level)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers to 1 year of experience can apply
Basic understanding of project coordination or operations
Willingness to learn and grow in a project management role
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
