The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and Guru. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills to acquire new projects and build long-term client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr.
Prepare and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scope with potential clients.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest trends in online bidding and digital marketing.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of IT services, web development, and digital marketing.
Good knowledge of project estimation and proposal writing.
