Key Responsibilities
Check and verify monthly expenses received from the sales team
Manage and update company software portal
Prepare and maintain reports in Excel
Handle backend office operations and documentation
Maintain accurate records and data entries
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Assist in administrative and reporting tasks

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of office management
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage tasks efficiently
