Job Overview
D P Associates is looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy / Office Assistant / Peon to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff, handling documents, and performing basic administrative and outdoor tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of office premises
Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle photocopying, scanning, and document filing
Deliver files and documents within and outside the office
Manage courier dispatch and collection
Assist with bank-related and other official outdoor work
Support staff in day-to-day office activities
Ensure proper arrangement of office materials
Required Skills
Basic reading and writing ability
Ability to follow instructions properly
Responsible and punctual
Honest and trustworthy
Good behavior and disciplined attitude
Physically fit for routine office tasks
Eligibility
Minimum 10th Grade pass
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
