Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy Cum Clerical Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, office maintenance, and general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient workplace functioning.

Role & Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day office tasks and general administrative support
Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization
Manage inward and outward mail, courier, and deliveries
Serve tea/coffee and assist during meetings when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises
Support staff with errands and routine office requirements
Assist in basic data entry and record maintenance
Handle office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
Coordinate with vendors and service staff when needed
Perform other clerical and office support duties as assigned

Education / Qualification
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (higher qualification preferred)
Basic knowledge of office work and clerical duties

Skills & Requirements
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Good communication and polite behavior
Time management and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
