Job Description
The company is seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to manage implementation, configuration, and optimization of various Odoo modules. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of business processes and hands-on experience in modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, or HR.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules based on business needs
Analyze client requirements and map them with Odoo functionalities
Design workflows, dashboards, and reports
Coordinate with technical teams for customization and development
Provide functional support, training, and documentation to end users
Conduct system testing, UAT, and ensure smooth deployment
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
Optimize business processes through Odoo’s functional capabilities
Required Skills
Strong functional expertise in Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR)
Good understanding of business workflows and ERP processes
Hands-on experience in ERP implementation
Ability to design dashboards, workflows, and reports
Strong communication, client interaction, and documentation skills
Problem-solving and requirement analysis capability
