Amnex Infotechnologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a NOC Engineer to monitor network systems, ensure uptime, and handle technical issues in real-time.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor network performance and system uptime
• Troubleshoot network and server-related issues
• Use monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
• Manage incident response and escalation
• Maintain logs and prepare reports
• Ensure network security and performance
• Coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows servers
• Understanding of firewalls and network security
• Ability to analyze logs and resolve issues
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in shifts
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience
• Strong networking and monitoring skills
