The candidate will be responsible for handling loan applications, coordinating with clients and financial institutions, and ensuring smooth processing of mortgage files.
Key Responsibilities
Process mortgage loan applications and documentation
Verify financial documents and eligibility criteria
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions
Communicate with clients for required documents and updates
Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records and reports
Follow up on pending cases and approvals
Support the finance team in daily operations
Required Skills
Knowledge of mortgage processing and financial services
Strong communication and client coordination skills
Basic understanding of banking and loan procedures
MS Office proficiency
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
