Dynamic Method Solution is seeking a results-driven Mid-Level Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will handle the full sales cycle and contribute to strategic business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful business deals.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align client requirements.
Support and guide junior BDEs when required.
Required Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales and business development.
Ability to close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong market research and client-handling abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
