Neel Shah and Associates is looking for a Management Article / Trainee who is pursuing CS or has recently completed CS. The candidate will assist in company secretarial, compliance, and regulatory assignments while gaining practical exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in company incorporation and ROC filings
Draft board resolutions, notices, and minutes
Handle statutory registers and compliance documentation
Support in annual filings and regulatory submissions
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records
Coordinate with clients for compliance requirements
Conduct research on corporate laws and regulations
Support senior professionals in daily assignments
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Company Law and SEBI regulations
Good drafting and documentation skills
Strong analytical and research ability
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and grow in the CS field
