Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
• Track shipments and update delivery status
• Communicate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams
• Handle dispatch and receiving operations
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents
• Maintain logistics records and reports
• Monitor inventory movement and stock levels
• Resolve delivery issues and delays
• Ensure compliance with logistics and transport regulations
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Basic knowledge of ERP tools like SAP or Tally
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
