Title: Life Insurance Advisor (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Advisors to promote and sell life insurance products on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will help customers understand insurance plans, provide financial protection solutions, and build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers for life insurance products
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans
Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly
Generate leads through referrals, calls, meetings, and networking
Assist customers with policy documentation and onboarding
Maintain long-term relationships with policyholders and provide after-sales support
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Follow up on renewals, premium payments, and customer queries
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Comply with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines
Education / Qualification
Minimum 12th pass (graduate preferred)
IRDAI license required (or willingness to obtain)
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and persuasion ability
Customer-focused and relationship-building mindset
Basic understanding of financial products (insurance knowledge preferred)
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Ability to work part-time or full-time as per business needs
Basic computer and mobile usage skills
