Title: Junior Production Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Assistant to support daily production operations. The ideal candidate will assist the production team in planning, monitoring, and coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality standards, and timely output.

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in daily production planning and scheduling activities
Support supervisors in monitoring production processes and output
Maintain production records, logs, and reports
Coordinate with stores, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Assist in material handling and inventory tracking
Monitor machine utilization and report issues to seniors
Support quality checks and adherence to production standards
Help ensure workplace safety and compliance with procedures
Assist in meeting production targets and deadlines
Perform additional production-related tasks as assigned

Education / Certification
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and record-keeping ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Ability to work in shifts and on the shop floor
