We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as International Sales Executives for an Australian Solar Energy campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Job Description:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Australian market
Promote solar energy solutions and explain product benefits
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + unlimited incentives
(Higher salary for candidates with Australian solar energy experience)
Shift Timings: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days a week
Facilities: Both side cab and one-time meal provided
Eligibility:
Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome
Experience in Australian solar campaigns will be an added advantage
