HR Recruiter
Location: Pune, India
Company: DBS Mintek Pvt. Ltd
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to find suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Recruitment Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in IT or related industries.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate salary, job roles, and candidate expectations.
Sourcing & Networking: Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media recruiting.
Screening & Interviewing: Ability to evaluate candidate profiles and conduct HR interviews.
ATS & Database Management: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining candidate databases.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple job openings efficiently.
