Job Title: HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 6+ months in HR Recruitment
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in bulk hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely hiring for multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Manage bulk hiring for various positions across departments.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Maintain and update candidate databases, reports, and hiring metrics.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Handle salary negotiations and assist with onboarding formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment (bulk hiring preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and recruitment software.
