Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team at a leading recruitment and staffing company. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring or be a fresher with a strong interest in recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring and other roles.
Candidate Assessment & Interviewing

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates.
Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Provide detailed candidate feedback to hiring managers.
Bulk Hiring Management

Handle bulk recruitment requirements and ensure timelines are met.
Coordinate multiple job openings simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
Client Interaction & Coordination

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs.
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress.
Candidate Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide feedback, schedule interviews, and keep them updated throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience, enhancing the company’s brand image.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate candidate records and update databases.
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and success rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in HR recruitment, especially in bulk hiring.

Education: HSC to Graduate (any stream).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.

Key Competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Salary & Benefits: In-hand salary: ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month
