Job Overview
Lucent Innovation is looking for an HR Cum Talent Acquisition professional to manage recruitment and support HR operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, handling onboarding, and maintaining HR processes.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Handle onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support employee engagement activities
• Ensure smooth HR operations and processes
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HRMS and ATS tools
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Time management and multitasking skills
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition
• Experience in IT recruitment preferred
