Lucent Innovation is looking for an HR cum Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and assisting in employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings and hiring pipelines
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
• Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
• Maintain recruitment data and reports

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines
• Familiarity with ATS and HR tools
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Organizational and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor Degree
• 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in HR and recruitment
• Experience in IT hiring preferred
