Overview
HappyOn Play LLP is looking for caring, responsible, and attentive Housekeeping / Caretaker Staff to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for children in the kids’ play area.
Role & Responsibilities
Supervise and care for children during play activities
Ensure safety of kids at all times within the play area
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of play equipment and premises
Assist children with play activities and basic needs
Monitor entry and exit of children as per rules
Handle children politely, patiently, and responsibly
Follow safety, hygiene, and child-care guidelines
Support smooth daily operations of the play area
Report any safety concerns or incidents to management
Perform additional duties as assigned
Education / Qualification
12th Pass or Graduate
Knowledge / Skills
Love for working with children
Patient, caring, and responsible attitude
Basic communication skills
Awareness of cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ability to manage kids calmly and safely
Teamwork and discipline
