Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Full Time Faculty to deliver high-quality education and training to students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, curriculum implementation, and academic support while ensuring effective learning outcomes in line with institutional standards.

Responsibilities:
– Deliver classroom and practical sessions as per the assigned subject and syllabus.
– Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and academic content.
– Conduct lectures, discussions, and interactive learning sessions.
– Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
– Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and doubt-solving support to students.
– Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and student documentation.
– Participate in curriculum development and syllabus updates when required.
– Use digital tools, smart classrooms, and e-learning platforms effectively.
– Encourage student participation, discipline, and positive learning environment.
– Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth operations.
– Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and academic activities.
– Stay updated with subject knowledge and teaching methodologies.
– Support institutional events, workshops, and seminars when required.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in the relevant subject or discipline.
– 0–5 years of teaching or training experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge can apply).
– Strong command over subject matter and teaching concepts.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
– Classroom management and student engagement skills.
– Knowledge of modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
– Assessment, evaluation, and feedback skills.
– Good organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to mentor and motivate students.
– Team coordination and professional attitude.

Qualifications:
– Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant subject.
– Teaching certification or training experience is an advantage.
– Experience in coaching institute, college, or training center is a plus.
