Position: Executive / Sr Executive Recruitment
Role: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for IT and Non-IT positions.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in headhunting from diverse sources.
- Proficiency in actively sourcing candidates from various online portals is required. (job boards, social media, networking)
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in managing the entire candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience until the joining process.
- Generate daily MIS reports efficiently and accurately.
- Expected to consistently meet monthly targets.
- Regularly report to the team head and diligently produce MIS sheets as part of their responsibilities.
Required Skills:
- Applicants must possess 1 to 3 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, along with a graduate degree.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a proactive approach to get things done
