Job Description:
Ascendum Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment activities and support the hiring process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sourcing abilities, and the capability to identify and attract suitable candidates for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring data
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
