Business Development Executive – HR Services

The Role

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by securing new clients for our HR services. You will be a strategic hunter and closer, responsible for identifying, prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term clients.


·         Develop a deep understanding of our HR service offerings and their value proposition.

·         Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients across different industries and sizes.

·         Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

·         Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, and attending industry events.

·         Qualify leads by understanding client needs and challenges, and match them with the most appropriate HR solutions.

·         Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value we bring to clients.

·         Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned revenue targets.

·         Maintain and update detailed client records within the CRM system.

·         Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure a seamless client experience.



·         Relevant experience of 1-2 years in sales from the HR services industry.

·         A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong negotiation and closing skills.

·         Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

·         In-depth knowledge of the HR landscape and current trends.

·         A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
