Title: Event Production Executive
Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Production Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute events smoothly from concept to completion. The role involves managing logistics, vendors, production setup, and on-site coordination to ensure successful event delivery within budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, launches, and promotions
Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and objectives
Manage vendor sourcing for stage setup, sound, lighting, décor, and other production needs
Prepare event budgets, quotations, and cost estimates
Supervise event setup, rehearsals, and dismantling
Ensure timely delivery of production materials and services
Handle permissions, licenses, and venue coordination
Monitor event timelines and ensure smooth on-site execution
Troubleshoot issues during events and provide quick solutions
Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis
Education / Qualification
Graduate in Event Management, Marketing, or any related field
Event management certification preferred
Required Skills
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of event production elements (AV, stage, lighting, logistics)
Budget management and cost control skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Corporate Responsibility
The Event Production Executive must ensure professional conduct with clients and vendors, maintain budget transparency, safeguard company assets, and comply with safety and regulatory guidelines during all events.
