Overview
We are looking for an organized and creative Event Production Executive to plan, coordinate, and manage event production activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of events by coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and overseeing event setups to deliver successful and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate event production activities from concept to execution
Manage event logistics including venue setup, equipment, and technical requirements
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production teams
Ensure timely delivery of event materials and resources
Supervise event setup, operations, and breakdown
Manage event budgets and monitor expenses
Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshooting
Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met
Maintain event production schedules and documentation
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for event planning

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant experience in event production or event management is preferred
