Job Overview
Matiyas Solutions LLP is seeking an ERPNext Functional Consultant to analyze business processes, configure ERPNext modules, and support end-to-end ERP implementations. The role requires close coordination with clients and technical teams to deliver effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
Configure ERPNext modules as per business needs
Map business processes to ERPNext functionality
Support ERP implementation, testing, and go-live activities
Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing
Prepare functional documentation and SOPs
Train end users and provide post-implementation support
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations
Handle data migration and master data setup
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ERPNext functional modules
Business Process Analysis and Requirement Gathering
Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM module knowledge
ERP Implementation and Configuration
User Training and Client Communication
Functional Testing and UAT Support
Reporting and Dashboard Setup
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Management, IT, or related field
Minimum 1+ year of experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant
Experience in ERP implementation projects preferred
