FAYDA FINSERV Pvt. Ltd. is hiring skilled and analytical Equity Research Analysts to support investment research, stock analysis, and financial reporting. The role focuses on evaluating companies, industries, and market trends to assist in informed investment decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct fundamental equity research on listed companies
Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
Prepare equity research reports and investment recommendations
Track stock market trends, sector performance, and economic indicators
Perform basic financial modeling and valuation analysis
Maintain and update research databases
Support senior analysts and portfolio teams
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of financial data
Education & Eligibility
Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance
CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
Relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong finance knowledge may apply)
Salary
Up to ₹50,000 per month
(Depends on experience and skill level)

Strong understanding of equity markets
Knowledge of fundamental analysis & valuation
Proficiency in MS Excel
Financial report writing skills

Title: Back Office Executive (2 Positions)
Overview
We are looking for reliable Back Office Executives to manage documentation, data handling, and operational support activities. The role ensures smooth internal operations and accurate record maintenance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle data entry and record maintenance
Maintain client and transaction documentation
Prepare reports using MS Excel and Word
Coordinate with internal departments
Support daily office and operational tasks
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Education & Eligibility
Graduate
1–5 years of experience in back office or administrative work
Skills Required
Strong data handling and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Good typing speed and accuracy
Organizational and time-management skills
Basic communication skills
Ability to work independently
