Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records
• Handle data entry and update databases
• Organize and manage files (digital and physical)
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation summaries
• Coordinate with internal teams for document collection
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support administrative and operational tasks

Required Skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of documentation processes
• Familiarity with tools like Tally or SAP (preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
