Job Responsibilities
• Manage dispatch of goods and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents
• Maintain dispatch records and shipment logs
• Track shipments and update delivery status
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors
• Handle basic inventory checks before dispatch
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Basic knowledge of ERP tools like Tally or SAP
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
