Job Description:
Lexus Hycon Pvt Ltd is looking for a Design Engineer to create and develop engineering designs, prepare technical drawings, and support product development activities. The candidate should have knowledge of design software and mechanical engineering concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare 2D and 3D design drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software
• Develop mechanical design concepts and product layouts
• Modify and improve existing product designs
• Prepare BOM and technical documentation
• Coordinate with production and project teams
• Ensure designs meet technical and quality standards
• Conduct design calculations and analysis
• Support manufacturing and fabrication processes
• Maintain project design records and reports
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or CREO
• Understanding of mechanical engineering drawings
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with GD&T and design standards
• MS Office and computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design work
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
Eligibility Criteria:
• Diploma Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Design Engineer
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design and drafting
