Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Departmental Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a specific department. The role is responsible for team management, performance monitoring, process improvement, and ensuring departmental goals align with overall organizational objectives.

Role & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage daily departmental operations
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve targets
Set departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards
Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency of work
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Prepare departmental reports and present updates to management
Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues

Education / Qualification
Graduate in Management / relevant field
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred

Knowledge / Skills
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage budgets and performance metrics
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Time management and multitasking capabilities
