Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Role & Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Review and correct errors in entered data
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
Generate basic reports as required
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Perform regular data backups and ensure data security
Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification
Certification in computer applications or data entry is a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Fast and accurate typing skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
Familiarity with spreadsheets and databases
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Basic communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
