VasyERP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Onboard new clients and provide product training and guidance
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure successful product adoption
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns
• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer retention
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey
