Job Description:
SWEC (Student World Educational Consultant) is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective students, and promote educational consultancy services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a willingness to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
• Explain educational programs, study abroad services, and admission procedures
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
• Follow up with enquiries and convert them into admissions
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Schedule counselling appointments for prospective students
• Coordinate with the counselling team for lead management
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
