Job Description:
SWEC (Student World Educational Consultant) is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Visa Counselor to guide students through the study abroad and visa application process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of visa procedures, and the ability to provide accurate counselling and documentation support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and visa processes
• Assist students in selecting suitable universities and courses
• Guide applicants in preparing and verifying visa documentation
• Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Follow up with prospective students and manage admission leads
• Coordinate with universities and immigration authorities when required
• Maintain accurate student records and application status reports
• Ensure timely submission of applications and visa documents
• Stay updated with the latest immigration and visa policies
• Provide excellent support throughout the admission and visa process

Eligibility:
• Graduate in Any Discipline Preferred
• 1–2 Years of Experience in Visa Counselling or Student Counselling
• Strong communication, organizational, and counselling skills
